From 9:00 to 10:00 the showers are open. You find them at the entrance of the bar, down the stairs om your right

What to bring to the GGJ?


 

  • Laptop with the software you need to create games
  • Lanyard or key chord
  • USB stick
  • Extension chord
  • Pencils/paint/paper/clay/ whatever you need to be creative
  • Video or photo camera, music instruments, speakers
  • Toiletries like tooth brush, towel, shower gel
  • Sleeping mat or air mattress, sleeping bag
  • Some cash or chip card (“chipknip”) to cover unexpected expenses
  • Nerf guns, just for the fun of it
  • Earplugs, not that your going to sleep but you’ll never know…

If you want to compete for the audience award, make sure you have an extra build of your game ready on one of your machines, that can be transported to the 1st & 2nd floor around 15:30. On the 1st & 2nd floor there will be an exposition of games, so the audience can play and vote for a winner.

Between 15:00 and 16:00 the judges will visit the jam rooms to select games for a shortlist. Between 16:00 and 16:30 the games from the shortlist will be played at headquarters for the final judgement.

Charge your batteries, so you game is playable to the end!
